Not leads. Not enquiries. Bookings. A family browsing Trilo finds your listing, picks one of your real class times, and pays for a 3-session trial pack before you ever hear from them. They arrive at your normal class like any other student, with their sessions already paid.

Because the trial is paid rather than free, the families who book are serious. Paid trial participants show up, and industry data shows they convert to long-term members at roughly three times the rate of free-taster families.

The economics

• You set your own trial price. Discounted against your normal casual rate, on spots that were earning zero.
• You keep 80% of every trial pack. Trilo's 20% covers payments, hosting, marketing and support. No listing fees, no subscriptions, no lock-in.
• Conversions are yours. When a trial family wants to continue, they sign up with you directly for the term at your full rate. Trilo takes nothing from that.

• A listing page with your photos, class times, ages, location and pricing.
• A bookings inbox showing who is coming to which session.
• Direct messaging with families, including an optional automatic welcome message sent the moment someone books.

Who it suits

Trilo works best for providers with regular weekly classes and some spare capacity: sports clubs and academies, dance and drama schools, music teachers, gymnastics and martial arts programmes, art classes and outdoor groups. If your classes are already full with a waiting list, congratulations, you do not need us. For everyone else, empty spots are money left on the table.
