Welcome to Trilo. By using our platform at trilo.nz you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What Trilo is

Trilo is an online marketplace that connects parents and families with local activity providers in Auckland, New Zealand. We facilitate the booking and payment of 3-session trial packs. Trilo is not the provider of activities - we are the platform that connects you to them.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3. Trial packs and bookings

  • Each trial pack includes 3 sessions with the selected activity provider.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
  • Session times are subject to provider availability.
  • Trilo does not guarantee that all sessions will be available at your preferred time.

4. Refunds and cancellations

You may request a full refund before attending session 1. After session 1 has been attended, no refunds will be issued except in the following circumstances:

  • The provider cancels a session without offering a suitable replacement.
  • Your child is unable to attend due to illness and provides a medical certificate.
  • The activity is materially different from what was described in the listing.

5. Provider conduct

Activity providers on Trilo have agreed to our Provider Terms. Trilo reviews all listings before they go live and moderates reviews. However Trilo cannot guarantee the conduct of individual providers. If you have a complaint about a provider contact us and we will investigate.

6. Reviews

Reviews submitted on Trilo must be honest and based on your genuine experience. Reviews that contain offensive language, personal attacks or false information will be removed. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these standards.

7. Intellectual property

All content on trilo.nz including text, images and code is owned by Trilo Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Trilo is not liable for any injury, loss or damage that occurs during an activity booked through the platform. Participation in physical activities carries inherent risk and it is the parent and provider's responsibility to ensure activities are appropriate and safe.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Trilo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
